Tara has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Management Consulting. She has worked with Department of Homeland Security – Federal Emergency Management Agency, Accrediting Commission for Community & Junior Colleges, Grainger Industrial Supply, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, AT&T, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Lotus Development Corporation.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, CA; Certificate of Completion, UCLA Anderson School of Business, Management Development for Entrepreneurs; Certificate of Completion, Intel Business Academy; Numerous Technical Certifications; and Certified Instructor & Affiliate, Kauffman Foundation First Step FastTrac Curriculum for Entrepreneurs. Ms. Gray is a certified Electronic Health Record (EHR) Implementer and certified Health Information Technology Workflow Re-engineering Specialist.

Ms. Gray is a Board Member of Sickle Cell Network (RuSH Pilot Project Community Rep.), Board Member of the California Black Chamber Of Commerce Foundation, Executive Advisor to Howard University African Business Club, Executive Committee Member of Solano Center for Business Innovation, member of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) , member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, member of the American Grant Writer’s Association (AGWA), 2012 Recipient of CA Black Chamber of Commerce Leadership Award, 2009 Recipient of CA Black Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award (North), 2004 Recipient Of Allstate Insurance Company “From Whence We Came” National Pioneer in Technology Award; and Dun & Bradstreet PPE Rating of 96% in overall project performance in 2009.
