Yadari’s uses a 5-tiered process for its Web Design and Development work.

Tier 1 – Analyze

• Define scope
• Organize site content according to usability and ecommerce best-practices
• Refine and quantify how your products should be presented and how users should interact with the website.
• Determine high-level requirements
• Create a final list of requirements and specifications showing what functionality the application must have, should have, or that you'd like to have.

Tier 2 – Discover

• Conduct research to help us to identify your target audience and determine the personality, tone, and style of your site (“look and feel”).
• Discuss visual design and any brand reinforcement goals.
• Revise functional specs as necessary
• Develop graphical comps (mock-ups), which represent the overall “look and feel” of your website for your approval.
• Refine comps – based on customer feedback – resulting in a final version.

Tier 3 – Design and Develop

• Using the architecture, written content, and the “look and feel,” create a non-functional HTML prototype.
• Create a staging server where client can view exactly how the entire site will look and flow.
• Create a test environment for programmers use.
• Generate data code layer.
• Write functionality and merge with presentation layer.
• Utilize visual prototyping to help clarify any logical issues and helps ensure that the site appeals to the client’s customers/clients.

Tier 4 – Integrate and Test

• Integrate the required functionality, test, refine, and check quality (unbroken links, correct calculations, correct implementation of all features and rules, valid HTML, proper form validation, and other quality and security checks).
• Prepare a functional alpha site (based on staging site) for your final viewing, testing, and approval.
  This allows you to test functions yourself and direct final changes before the final launch.

Tier 5 – Deploy

• Install software onto production server
• Deploy data, code, and necessary files to production server
• Perform a final quality check on the production server, move databases as needed, install SSL, and update your DNS setting, which makes the new site live.

After going live, we continue to assist your business by providing free technical, design, and logistical support for 60 days.
