Project Management Staffing

Acquisitions & Contract Administration
Yadari offers a comprehensive range of acquisition management support and assistance to clients to improve their business operations in acquisition and contracts. Our staff are recognized experts in acquisition, contracting and procurement and include Certified Professional Contract Managers (CPCMs), former government contracting officers and procurement managers, and instructions of acquisition at local and international universities. Yadari staff have supported federal agencies as well as private companies in acquisition management services. In providing support to our Government clients Yadari routinely prepares solicitation materials, including translating functional requirements into technical specifications and contract provisions. We assist in developing evaluation criteria, evaluation plans, selection procedures, and materials; and we provide training to evaluation team members in reviewing and assessing offers.
