Tara Lynn Gray President & CEO

Tara has more than 20 years experience in Information Technology and Management Consulting. She has worked with Department of Homeland Security – Federal Emergency Management Agency, Accrediting Commission for Community & Junior Colleges, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, CDWG, Lotus Development Corporation, and Sprint on past projects.

She has been doing web development and custom software implementations for a decade.  She has directed multi-million dollar projects for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and has designed data systems, voice systems, telecommunications infrastructure, LAN and WAN implementations, and Internet strategy. Tara has completed Cisco CCIE curriculum as well as Microsoft Certified System Engineering curriculum , is certified to teach Microenterprise Development by Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, is a member of the American Grant Writer’s Association (AGWA), and is currently working on Advanced Social Media Certification at USF.

Mrs. Gray is a board member of the California Black Chamber Of Commerce Foundation, a Board Member of One Voice International, Inc., a Board Member of Sickle Cell Network, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Recipient of CA Black Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award 2009, and is the 2004 Recipient Of Allstate Insurance Company “From Whence We Came” National Pioneer in Technology Award.

Teri D. McClanahan Director of Non-Profit & Community Economic Development

Teri brings to the enterprise over 20 years of nonprofit expertise in the areas of management, program design and implementation, program evaluation, grant proposal research, writing and management. Most recently she has worked projects for FEMA, PGE, ATT, California Black Chamber of Commerce, and the California Public Utilities Commission. Ms. McClanahan is a member of the American Grant Writers Association (AGWA) and is in the process of securing her AGWA certification (2010).
